I began my journey in the beauty industry as a lash artist in 2017 and became a licensed esthetician in 2019. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong eye for detail and enjoy creating customized lash looks that complement each client’s individual features and personal style. I take pride in providing quality services while creating a comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every client. Chandra Wilson-Watson is a beauty entrepreneur, lash industry professional, and the founder of Wink Lash Studio Memphis East and Wink Lash Academy. With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Chandra has built her career around helping women look beautiful, feel confident, and experience exceptional service. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2006 with the opening of Wink Spalon, and over the years she has owned and operated businesses across the beauty, wellness, retail, and franchise industries. Her experience as both an independent business owner and franchise operator ultimately inspired her to return to her roots and create a beauty brand that reflects her own vision. Today, Chandra leads Wink Lash Studio Memphis East, specializing in customized lash extensions and beauty services while developing the next generation of lash professionals through Wink Lash Academy. As a certified Xtreme Lashes professional, she combines technical expertise with decades of hands-on industry and business experience. Chandra’s vision extends beyond the lash chair. She is building Wink into a recognizable beauty and education brand with plans for continued expansion, mentorship, and future locations. At the heart of her work is a simple philosophy: beauty is the service, but confidence is the experience.
